From start to finish, it took a little less than two weeks to get the job done. I was impressed with every part of the process, and would not hesitate to call them again.

Not only did the installers arrive on time, they were professionally dressed, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They even went as far as caulking the window frames to prevent dust build up and vacuuming once the job was complete – something that was certainly unexpected.

Had a great experience with Rica and team. The product of good quality and the price was the best I could find by a large margin. I did mention to Rico on his first visit I was hesitant due to a few bad reviews I’ve read on here but he assured me I would receive top notch service. Fast forward about a month and I have all my blinds installed and they look great! (Just installed minutes before writing this review). The blind and shutter outlet has done an amazing job with the installation of our California Shutters; they have completely transformed the look of our home. So awesome!
